Our Business Address is perfect for sole-traders , Limited Companies , consultants, partnerships.
You can use one our buisness centre address in the south west on all your mail, business cards, email signatures and your website. When your mail and faxes are sent to our building, we simply sort them and forward them on to you by email/ fax or by Royal Mail.
The fee is all inclusive and we do not charge VAT, N.B A postal deposit of £30.00 is included in the fees, this generally covers the cost of mail forwarding, if this becomes low bacuase your business has a large amount of mail, then we will contact you and you can easily top up the deposit.

Registered Office Service .
A registered office is the registered address of a limited company. By UK Law a company registered in the United Kingdom must have a physical address where mail can be received. The Registered Office address need not be the company’s place of business and is often the address of the persons providing company services for example - Pip It Up Ltd . The address is on the public register and is available to everyone. Therefore you can protect your home address.
Our Registered Office is situated at - Bridge Business Centre, 5 Bridge House, Lydney, GLos, Gl15 5RF .
The centre is open 9-5pm and mail can be collected, if prefrered.
Using this service your company will be registered at our address and we will forward on all your company’s statutory mail. NB. official mail includes all government mail: Companies House, HMRC, Courts Service etc. If you wish to recived all business mail then you are required to purchase business mail forwarding.

You can use our business address as your business address and / or Limited Company Registered Office.
Suitible for Sole traders/ partnerships and Limited Companies.
You can make use of our business address on your letterhead, website, advertising material etc and When your letters or packages are delivered we can hold them for collection, scan/ fax or/ and mail to your address.
The fee includes upto 2 business or trading names.
Any mail addressed to you personally will also be forwarded.

If you are local to the area, you may collect your post from us at our business centre is open 9-5 monday - Friday.
Otherwise the mail will be forwarded .

We can forward your mail internationally if required.

This service is a ‘letters only’ business address service

However we are able to sign for parcels , If you are expecting a parcel or package we suggest you contact us before delivery to arrange forwarding and make the additonal payment, if applicable to cover the shipping fee.

Mail Scanned, Emailed & Fax

If you would like to have your mail opened, scanned, emailed or Faxed to you rather than posted to then you can use our scan to email/ fax service. The handling fee for this service will be taken from your postal deposit.
The hard copies can then either be destroyed or forwarded , the postal cost is deducted from your deposit.
If the £30.00 Postal Deposit becomes low then we will contact you to to "Top Up" If you anticipate a large amount of mail, then we advise you top up regularly.
