registered office you can afford a higher degree of privacy by not having your home address availiable in the
public domain as the company official address.
This service can be particularly useful for businesses such as smaller companies
run from home or non UK Citizens etc This service deals with documents from Companies House, Inland Revenue, Courts Service and other Statutory
Agencies. This service does not provide mailing service for a trading, correspondence or accommodation & mailing address.

The registered office address can be used on all your Company stationery,
business letters, e-mails, order forms and websites as the registred office address only. click here for more information

Our Offices are open for receipt of mail between 9-5
Monday to Friday (Except public holidays)
and are comletely companies house compliant.
Mail can be collected during business hours . Your stationery must not indicate
this to be the only address for the business, and an alternative correspondence or trading address must also be shown. The
registered office address must, however, be included on your business stationery (this is a legal requirement) but we ask
that you do not display our telephone number under any circumstances. Up to 15 items of mail per year will be forwarded free of charge, unopened and without delay
by Royal mail post. You can expect around 10/11. Should this limit be exceeded, we will contact you and ask
for a additional payment to cover future postal costs. Due to the implementation of 2007 Money Laundering Regulations
it is now necessary for all Trust and Company Services providers including company formation agents to register with
HM Revenue & Customs and to put anti-money laundering systems into place. We are therefore required
to ask for formal identification of company directors and beneficial owners of companies before we can undertake
to provide Registered Office services for your company Please read our Terms & Conditions Since October 1st 2009 company directors can now protect their home address by suppling a service address. Only the
service address will show on public record.
