issued copy and the full version which includes both parents names. The full version shows the following information: Registration district, sub-district and county
Full name of person born Date of birth - please note this does not usually include the time of birth Place of birth Father's full name, if named
Mother's full name Mother's maiden name (and any other previous names) Father's
Occupation, if named Signature, description and residence
of informant Date the birth was registered Signature of registrar Date the certificate was produced (Registrations made before 1969 do not include details of the parents'

provide government approved and official Birth Certifiates for England & Wales at the low cost of £14.99. Northern Ireland & Scotland
Birth Certificates cost £19.99 All our prices are fully inclusive and include 1st class postage within
the UK. We do not charge VAT . Once your application has been approved the certificate will be will be dispatched
by 1st class post. Delivery Times - England & Wales When we receive your order we run
an Index search. If we locate the index references its easier for the registrar to locate the birth details
thus the certificate should be dispatched faster, usually within 7 working days , this search is included free of
charge however we offer no guarantees that your index can be found or legible, although the success rate is 99%). In
the inlikely event we cannot locate or read your Index Reference clearly, your certificate will be dispatched
within 15 working days Delivery Times : Northern Ireland
& Scotland Birth Certificates take 7-10 working days Priority Service If you need a certificate
urgently we do offer a priority service where the certificate is despatched within 2 working days. is an additional
charge of £20.00 for this service. Select Priority certificate service at shipping
checkout. Overseas customers will be charged an additional £10.00 to cover the cost of secure
international delivery, the package may need to be signed for on delivery. Please select International postage at
checkout.The document will be despatched by international signed for or esure depending on destination. Alternative Courier

our secure SSL checkout. The information required for births registered in England or Wales is: - Year of Registration
- Full Name at Birth (include any middle names)
- Date of Birth
- Father's Full Name ( If the father was not listed on
the certificate, please enter "Not Named" )
- Mother's Full Name (The name should be entered as the mother was
known at the time of the birth)

- Place of

- Northern Ireland only- district where mother lived at time of birth
N.B If you do
not know all of the information required we can still assist, we may need to contact you so please leave a valid email
address.
The General Register allocates a reference to every event
of birth, marriage or death registered in England and Wales. It is not required , we can still obtain your certificate
without it. However we will do our best to obtain this information on your behalf as this index reference
allows the registrar to quickly identify the correct entry.This will speed up the process and your certificate will normally
be dispatched in about 7 working days.GRO Index
