Non UK Resident Package

People living outside the UK can register a UK Limited company 
A director, secretary The or shareholder of a UK company can live anywhere in the world.

In fact there is no requirement for any of the owners or company officers to be resident or even to have had any prior connection with the UK in any respect.

If you would like to set up a limited company in the United Kingdom but you are not a UK Resident, Pip It Up Ltd can help you with all the assistance you require.

Pip It Up Ltd have developed a specialist package for non UK residents.

It is a UK Requirement that every company has a UK registered office. This must be an actual address, not a PO box or similar. We supply the registered office facility which includes the forwarding of all official government mail.


The package includes all Government fees, shipping, there are no hidden extras and we do not charge VAT.

  • Certificate of Incorporation; Printed on official Companies House card. (A requirement at most banks)
  • Bound Copy of your companys Memorandum and Artices of Association
  • Completed Share Certificates  
  • Fully written up minutes of the first meeting of board of directors
  •  Appointments Company Report
  • Service address for 1 year (up to 2 directors) protect your residential address
  •  Registered office for 1 year and forwarding overseas of official mail 

Due to the   implementation of 2007 Money Laundering Regulations  it is now necessary for all Trust and Company Services providers including company formation agents to register with HM   Revenue & Customs and to put anti-money laundering systems into place.
